Born 16 January 1935; ordained priest 21 February 1959; ordained Bishop 2 October 1994.
Please note: On 18 May 2010 His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI accepted the resignation of Most Reverend William Walsh, Bishop of Killaloe, and appointed Reverend Kieran O'Reilly, SMA, as Bishop of Killaloe. Reverend Kieran O'Reilly will be ordained to the Episcopate and installed as Bishop of Killaloe on a date to be confirmed.
