Episcopal Responsibilities
Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Episcopal Commission for Social Issues and International Affairs, Member of the Council for Justice and Peace of the IEC (Justice and Peace Ireland), Chairman of the Council for European Affairs. Bishop Treanor is also the Irish Bishops' Conference delegate to the Commission of the Bishops’ Conferences of the European Community (COMECE).
