Saint Patrick’s Day
As we celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day, our thoughts turn to those who have emigrated from our shores. Even though this has been a reality for past generations, emigration continues to have a significant effect on Irish society today.
Through your support, provided by the collection for the Emigrants’ Council taken up in many parishes throughout the country, we continue to reach out to those who are affected by emigration, many of whom are now ageing and need that extra help and support.
Beannachtaí na Féile Pádraig oraibh!
